The 8" Sentry work boot is durable, tough, and built for protection. Designed with a full grain waterproof leather upper, 200 grams of Thinsulate™ insulation, and a CSA Grade 1 steel toe and plate. This work boot is built to get the job done no matter how rough the conditions are.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with you purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns for exchange

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unworn condition, with original packaging and receipt.

Shoes that have been worn on the job site and are the incorrect size cannot be returned. Please try the footwear on inside before wearing it on the job site. If you believe the fit is too tight or incorrect for your foot, we can give an exchange or return.

Returns for defective products vary by brand. Please contact us for return procedures.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at CS@WadeSurplus.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have an RMA number, send your return by mail to the following location, enclosing your proof of purchase and placing the item safely inside a packaging that preserves the original packaging:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail you return.

Exchange

After receiving you return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at CS@WadeSurplus.ca to arrange a exchange.

Please note:

A $20 restocking fee will be charged for all returns
Sale items/Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Please do not mail the package using the original shoe box. The labels that will be applied to the shoe box, along with the inevitable damage it will sustain during delivery, will render it worthless. Please use paper or plastic wrap to cover the box, attach the label to the package, and send the return form together with your parcel if your item or order is unworn.
